Terry at work
OK, it desn't look like I'm working: I look asleep, I'm dressed in casusal clothes, I've got 'phones on and, above all, I look asleep.
And that is exactly the point. In today's brave new world, work can be listening to a podcast, work can be mobile.
When will schoolkids be allowed to do their assignment in the garden?

hi Terry,
When will schoolkids be allowed to do their assignment in the garden?
Several years ago with my primary sevens I let them work anywhere they wanted to in the classroom or on good days in the garden outside. They also got to chew gum and carry water bottles, this was long before water bottles were on every desk. If the children didn't keep up a reasonable work rate they would have to sit at a normal desk for a day or two. As I remember it worked pretty well except for one or two children.
Sounds great, John.
